In addition we have claims advisors who can provide help and advice when you need it most. All of which is part of our service at no extra cost to you.
We take our professional obligations to provide minimum standards of service to all clients large or small very seriously.
Our key measures are outlined in a ‘Business Standards’ document which is made available to all clients at the time we first complete placing of any business on their behalf and repeated during the renewal process.
This document is regularly reviewed to reflect changing market conditions - most recently in January 2005 when we became Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
